New patient dental FAQ: insurance, X-rays, forms and more
newpatientcare
Quick answers to common questions new patients ask before booking with a family dentist in South Surrey and White Rock.
Choosing a new dentist raises practical questions. Here are clear answers to what new patients at Morgan Heights Dental Centre ask most often.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome individuals and families from South Surrey, White Rock and nearby. You can start with our new patient information.
How long does a first appointment take?
Plan on a little extra time for forms, a cleaning, an exam and a conversation about your options. We don't rush, so ask us for a time estimate when you book.
Do I need to bring my X-rays?
If you have X-rays from the last twelve months, bring them or ask your previous office to send them. This can help avoid retakes. We take new X-rays only as needed.
Do you work with insurance and CDCP?
We can check your coverage with you. Our dental insurance and CDCP coverage page explains the basics, and you can bring your plan details to your visit.
Will I know the cost before treatment?
Yes. We explain your options, costs and timing before anything begins, so there are no surprises.
Do you see children and older adults?
We do. Family dentistry means kids, parents and grandparents can all be seen at one practice.
What if I'm nervous?
Tell us when you book. We'll go at your pace, and we can talk through comfort options including sedation.
Where are you and what are your hours?
We're at 2245 160 Street, Unit 40, in the Morgan Heights plaza, with free parking. Hours are weekdays 9 to 5, Tuesdays until 7, and Saturdays 9 to 4.
