Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, from South Surrey, White Rock and nearby. You'll fill out quick digital forms, meet your hygienist, then have a full exam and a plan explained with you. See new patient information for details.

What should I bring to my first visit?

• Your insurance or CDCP details, so your coverage gets checked first
• A list of your medications and any health changes
• Recent X-rays from the last twelve months (your old office can share them, so you skip retakes)
• Your questions, because there's time to ask them all

Forms take about five to ten minutes.

How do insurance and CDCP work?

We direct bill most private plans, participate in CDCP and bill Sun Life for you. Your costs are explained before any treatment, with a predetermination for larger work. CDCP may not cover everything because two fee guides are involved. The difference is simply your portion, explained up front. Learn more about dental insurance and CDCP coverage.

What if I'm nervous?

Tell the team when you book and go at your own pace. You can choose oral or IV sedation, with heart rate, blood pressure and breathing monitored. Our sedation dentistry guide explains the options.

Can I get a crown in one visit?

Does a sensitive tooth mean a root canal?

No. Your dentists look at the cause first and recommend the most conservative option.

What are your hours, and what about emergencies?
