A first dental visit at Morgan Heights Dental Centre is built around four simple steps, so you always know what's coming next. If you're a little anxious, that's completely normal, and we go at your pace.
- Warm welcome — our front desk confirms your details and answers insurance questions, including CDCP coverage.
- Health history — we review your medications and listen to your concerns and goals.
- Thorough exam — a careful look at your teeth and gums, with low-dose digital X-rays only if needed.
- Findings and options — we explain what we found, your treatment choices, and the costs and insurance coverage before anything starts.
If you feel anxious, just tell us. We offer anxiety-friendly sedation options, including IV sedation, so you can relax through your appointment.
What to bring
- Insurance details (including CDCP, if you're covered)
- A list of your current medications
- Any recent X-rays or records from a previous dentist
- Your questions — all of them
