1. Consultation and 3D planning

Dr. Anthony Wong reviews your bite, gum health, and bone with a 3D scan. That scan is used to plan exactly where the implant should sit, avoiding nerves and sinuses.

2. Implant placement

A small titanium post is placed into the jawbone where the tooth root used to be. Most patients are surprised at how straightforward the appointment feels — comfort options are available if you're nervous.

3. Healing and integration

Over the next few months, bone grows around the implant in a process called osseointegration. This is what gives an implant its long-term stability. You'll wear a temporary tooth in the meantime if the gap shows.

4. Abutment and crown

Once integration is confirmed, we attach an abutment (the connector) and top it with a custom crown shaped to match your neighbouring teeth. The result looks and functions like a natural tooth.
