What is a surgical guide?
A surgical guide is a small, custom-fitted piece that snaps over your teeth or gums during implant placement. It has precisely positioned sleeves that direct the drill to the exact angle, depth, and location planned on the computer.
How it's made
The process is fully digital:
- 3D scan of your mouth captures teeth, gums, and bite.
- CBCT scan shows the bone underneath in three dimensions.
- Software merges the two so we can plan the implant around nerves, sinuses, and existing roots.
- The guide is printed in-house from biocompatible, sterilizable resin — ready for surgery.

- Predictable placement. The implant lands where it was virtually planned, not where the drill happens to go freehand.
- Smaller incisions. Because we know exactly where to work, we often avoid opening a larger flap of gum.
